松山照三Shozo Matsuyama

1981 年生まれ、福岡県出身。
トヨタ自動車大学校卒業後、トヨタ自動車株式会社入社。
エンジニアとして働く中、次第に名指しで来られるお客様と接するに連れ、接客業に興味を持ち退職。
佐賀県にて、たこ焼き屋を開業。閑古鳥が鳴く状態が続いていたが、
最終的には地元の繁盛店までに押し上げた。
その後、地元北九州市に戻って日本料理店で研鑽を積み、
黒崎にて「御料理 まつ山」を開業。その後「ミシュランガイド2014 福岡 佐賀特別版」にて1つ星を獲得する。

Opened “Misu Matsuru” at Kurosaki. Then win one star at “Michelin Guide 2014 Fukuoka Saga Special Edition”.
