1981 年生まれ、福岡県出身。
高校卒業後、某自動車専門学校を卒業しエンジニアへ。
その後たこ焼き屋を開店。
縁もゆかりもない佐賀の地で一躍人気店になる。
25歳で料理人を志し、30歳で「御料理まつ山」を開店。
ミシュランガイド福岡で連続一つ星を獲得。
食べログアワードでブロンズ、シルバー受賞、ゴエミヨ3トック獲得。
また、子どもたちのために食育にも力を入れている。
After graduating from college, he attended a specialized automotive school and became an engineer.
However, he later opened a takoyaki (octopus balls) shop, which became extremely popular in Saga, a place he had no prior connections to.
At the age of 25, he pursued his passion for cooking and opened "Oryori Matsuyama" at the age of 30.
He earned a consecutive one-star rating in the Fukuoka Michelin Guide, received bronze and silver awards at the Tabelog Awards, and was awarded three toques by Gault & Millau for his culinary prowess.
In addition, he is dedicated to promoting food education for children.
